Moving Forward
Moving forward, or “avanti” as they say in Italian, often involves a trusted guide.
For a time, it will be my privilege to guide you towards personal growth and wellness to
a new understanding of the balance of body and mind, empowering you to take an
active role in your own healing journey. The journey “avanti” will take commitment,
vulnerability, courage, and trust in the process.
Practice
My psychotherapy practice is centered in whole body mental health. As we deal with life
transitions, daily stress, and injury, our mind, body, and spirit continually tap into an
innate capacity for healing to move toward wholeness. Research continues to affirm that
mental health is best achieved by honoring the interactivity of the whole body.
There may be times when our innate capacity becomes overwhelmed,
and therapy becomes a resource to guide you towards balance.
