Focus
My focus as a psychotherapist is strengths-based, providing a supportive space
of unconditional positive regard, curiosity, and respect. I am informed by
psychodynamic theories and integrate mindfulness, somatic techniques, experiential,
and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
Foundational to my approach is an understanding of the ways our bodies and minds are impacted by the neurology of stress and how it relates to our wellbeing. My perspective utilizes an understanding of integrative and functional medicine.
